- As a clarifier, the Classic 80W UV controls green water in freshwater ponds up to 9000 gallons (assuming 50-75% plant coverage and partial shade)
- As a sterilizer, the Classic 80W UV eliminates green water and controls bacteria in freshwater aquariums up to 4400 gallons (maximum flowrate of 3678gph) or saltwater aquariums up to 600 gallons (maximum flowrate of 1226gph)
