Refund policy

Damaged or defective merchandise may be returned or replaced if reported to us upon receipt. We we will help you with the manufacturer warranty claim process.

For the vast majority of items, merchandise that is not defective or damaged ("remorse returns") may be returned within 30 days of purchase at the customer's shipping expense. Provided that remorse returns are delivered in like-new condition, a full refund will be initiated within 1-2 business days.

Made-to-order handcrafted goods, products shipped via truck freight, repair parts, and other specialty items may not be eligible for remorse returns or may be subject to significant restocking fees. Contact us for more information on particular items. Items returned outside of 30 days must be specifically approved by Practical Garden Ponds and may be for store credit instead of a refund.
