The blades rotate in the wind, and the head swivels according to wind direction.

A custom windmill can use any two colors from 20+ options. Specify colors below (e.g. "Aruba Blue with White Trim"). For the red, white, and blue windmill, you can simply put "Patriotic" as the color option.
