Aquascape® Fish Disease Treatments for Ulcers, Sores, Bacteria, Fungus, and Parasites

Aquascape® offers a large variety of treatments for infections, parasites and diseases. Problems such as temperature fluctuation, poor water quality and/or fish stress can increase likelihood of developing diseases, and so these underlying problems should be addressed in addition to treating the disease itself. None of these items are available for sale to California.

• Ulcer & Bacterial Treatment - Treats bacterial infections, such as fin rot, and sores or ulcerations. These issues are primarily a secondary infection resulting from external damage caused by parasites, improper netting or rough handling.

• Parasite & Ich Treatment - Treats a wide variety of protozoan parasites, including freshwater / saltwater Ich, Costia and Trichodenella. Treat immediately after noticing the first signs of a parasite problem, such as fish quickly rubbing or flashing against surfaces within the pond or white spots that look like grains of salt or larger stuck to the fish.

• Fungus Treatment - Treats a wide variety of fungus and external parasites, including freshwater / saltwater Ich, Costia and Trichodenella. Treat immediately after noticing the first signs of a fungus (such as white, grey, or green cottony patches) or parasite problem (see above).

• Praziquantel Treatment - Treats a vast array of external and internal parasites, including Flukes, Flatworms and Tapeworms. This treatment is one of the safest and most effective medications for such issues, and will not stress pond fish, damage filtration systems or disrupt the balance of your pond.
