Hikari® Stress-X™ is an effective way to replace lost slime-coat on freshwater and marine fishes while helping to reduce stress! It also removes chlorine and free iodine, detoxifies nitrite and heavy metals, boosts alkalinity and adds eletrolytes. Developed to provide the hobbyist with dependable water condition and fish stress reduction

Use Directions
Add 1 teaspoon (5 mL) per 10 gallons. Use when you notice damaged skin-slime coat or increased stress, or before adding new fishes, invertebrates, amphibians or plants. May be used daily, if needed. Excellent for use when shipping fish in bags.

Compatibility
Compatible with all liquid and powder test kits. Incompatible with permanganate-based aquarium and pond treatments. Will not remove essential iodine (iodide and/or iodate ions) from saltwater. Compatible with chelated copper treatment. Does not interfere with fish or invertebrate respiration.
