This pump also comes outfitted with a vortex impeller and a large prefilter that allows this pump to handle solids of up to 1/4". If cleaning becomes necessary, it's easy due to a removable rotor assembly. As for versatility, Cyclone pumps can be used vertically or horizontally, in or out of water! These pumps are for fresh water use only.
