Saki-Hikari® Color is a powerful color enhancing diet utilizing pure-select Spirulina, which contains high levels of Zeaxanthin to enhance the red areas of the fish (Hiban) without negatively affecting the white areas of the fish (Shiroji). Spirulina is also naturally rich in vitamin B12, carotenoids and minerals for easy utilization by Koi. Saki-Hikari® Color is a powerful blend that should be gradually introducted to your fish.

What is the Hikari Germ™? The Hikari Germ™ is a source of live, viable naturally-occurring microorganimsms (probiotics) that take root in the intestine of the Koi, working to utilize available nutrients and to slow propagation of bad bacteria. Saki-Hikari® offers improved nutrient utilization through more efficient assimilation. With continued use, this can lead to better water quality.
Feeding Use Saki-Hikari® Growth in water temperatures above 64°F (18°C), 2-4 times daily based on Koi activity. Saki-Hikari® is most effective when used without interruption as a daily diet. The Hikari Germ™ does not remain in the intestine and is quickly discharged once feeding is discontinued. Do not feed more than your Koi will eat within 3-5 minutes of feeding. Remove remaining food after this period to avoid overfeeding and consequent water problems.
Storage Saki-Hikari® contains no artificial colors or flavors, only raw ingredients. There may be a slight difference in color from one production lot to another. Product should be stored in a cool, dry place free of sunlight, and should be used within a few months of opening bag.
